Hello,
In keeping with my ever present need to communicate ideas with the collective consciousness which resides in cyberspace, I present yet another outgrowth of that itch.
I already post on facebook and have a blog elsewhere which is seldom added to our looked at. Seeing this one prompted caused me to apply and so here I am, checking it for user-friendliness.
There is much to write about, with the recent trip to Haiti and the emerging changes and additions to my practice, not to mention the fitness and wellness habits I'm working on.
So stay tuned, maybe this blog will take hold.
